breakfast: hard-boiled eggs and toast and orange segments
Eggs in half marginally more successful, but all too bouncy and crumbly. Might be better to find some eggs really unlikely to have salmonella and take the risk in cooking them less. Orange always good.
lunch: avocado with prawn cocktail, cucumber and lettuce followed by baked peppers stuffed with a mushroom, borlotti bean and tomato mixture topped with cheese.
The avocado and prawns was very successful. Peppers served too hot, but we enjoyed them!
